Have you ever noticed a car flipped over in New Orleans? You should have because New Orleans has the highest rate of inverted vehicles in the U.S. The people over at r/NewOrleans sure noticed this to the point where car flips are posted here at least twice a week. If I ever wear this shirt out, I have random strangers come up to me and say that they've noticed the inverted vehicle phenomenon as well.
